As with any other service, it is vital to research the LifeWave products. As for actual purchase, LifeWave products are only available through independent LifeWave distributors. Shipping is free, but a product handling fee is $5 which is a relatively small fee to pay. Purchases will take 2-5 days to arrive (U.S.-based) but will take twenty (20) business days for international orders. The company doesn’t include tracking of the purchases, and reshipping is only considered ninety days (90 days) after the original order date. When your desired product is out of stock, the purchase will be put in backorder status and will be shipped once the product is available. When it comes to refunds and exchanges, the company only accepts products that are in good, resalable condition. It should be unopened and unused; return of partially-consumed products is not allowed. Within thirty (30) days after purchase, you, the customer should call the LifeWave customer service to be provided with refund instructions and a Refund Authorization number.
